File a report on a deal or a syndicator: we are building a database over time that includes syndicators and deal-level information to help future LPs make informed decisions about whether to invest in a new deal. It's very hard to learn about what has happened in the past with a syndicator or member of a General Partnership. If we work together, we can bring more transparency to the business.
