File a Report or Submit a Syndirating

Are you an LP who has had an experience with a Syndicator over the past few years? Would you be willing to submit your feedback, either anonymously or with your name attached, to the database we are building? We are keeping track of everything--from raves to foreclosures, from capital calls to late K-1s.

Over the past few years, we have been slowly and steadily and methodically building a database of those who have offered syndications and experiences people have had with their offerings.

We have been struck by the very low level of transparency in the syndications space. How are you supposed to know if the last deal this team offered ended up in foreclosure? How can you know for sure if the communications they will send out will be regular? How reliable have their pro formas been?

Our idea for this site, run (for now anyway) entirely by volunteers, is to offer a community where people can share knowledge and information about real experiences with syndication investments. Over time, the data we collect together will have real value. Especially if you've had a strongly positive or strongly negative experience, we hope you might take the time to fill out a report about a particular deal or a syndicator in general--we promise it is a very short form and you may remain anonymous.
